Full Medical Examination
Dr Gaffoor generally conducts full medical examinations for a multitude of reasons. These examinations are more intensive than your general check-up and usually take up to an hour to complete.
Many people choose to have these tests performed to get a comprehensive overview of their health. Full medical examinations are a great way to check for any latent issues after an illness or injury or to get a closer look at potential health concerns that you may be at risk for.
Athletes generally get regular assessments to determine their health and fitness levels to keep competing. Insurance companies may also ask new clients to have full medical examinations completed to assess whether they are able to obtain cover.
Dr Gaffoor is able to conduct full medical examinations in the comfort of his practice. The examination consists of a number of tests, including an ECG, lab tests for blood, chemicals and urine, a visual examination and a physical examination. Dr Gaffoor will also take a record of your family medical history, your lifestyle and any recent symptoms you have been experiencing.
